自然界中存在著數不盡的微生物，自古以來人類與微生物共存，利用著微生物，但也有少數微生物對人類造成威脅，導致歷史上一些疫情的產生。
這些微生物因為用肉眼看不見，人類很晚才發現他們的存在，對他們的認識也較少，然而這?與我們共存的小生命，影響著地球生態，影響著我們的生活，是一?不容忽視的生物體。
本課程將先簡介這個微妙世界的發現，並逐一介紹他們的成員特性以及與人類的關係，最後介紹這些微生物的培養，帶領大家一窺這個不容忽視的微妙世界，也是未來微生物相關系列課程基礎的入門課程。
本課程為醫農特工聯盟「影響農業的奇妙生物」系列第1門，系列課程共有4門，將會接續上線開課，歡迎你一起來參與這趟奇妙之旅。
Therearecountlessmicroorganismsinthenaturalworld,andhumanshavecoexistedwiththemsinceancienttimes,utilizingthem.However,therearealsoafewmicroorganismsthatposeathreattohumans,leadingtotheoccurrenceofsomeepidemicsinhistory.Becausethesemicroorganismscannotbeseenwiththenakedeye,humansonlydiscoveredtheirexistencerelativelylateandknowlittleaboutthem.However,thisgroupofsmalllifeformsthatcoexistwithusnotonlyaffecttheecologyoftheearthbutalsoourdailylives.Theyareagroupoforganismsthatcannotbeignored.Thiscoursewillfirstintroducethediscoveryofthisfascinatingworld,andthenintroducethecharacteristicsofitsmembersandtheirrelationshipwithhumansonebyone.Finally,itwillintroducethecultivationofthesemicroorganisms,leadingeveryonetoglimpsethisfascinatingworldthatcannotbeignored.Thisisalsoanintroductorycourseforfuturemicrobiology-relatedcourses.Thiscourseisthefirstofthe"WonderfulCreaturesAffectingAgriculture"seriesofferedbytheAllianceofLifelongLearning.Theseriesconsistsof4courses,andthenextcourseswillbelaunchedinthefuture.Wewelcomeyoutojoinusonthiswonderfuljourney.

1.增進學生對微生物世界基本的認識Improvestudents'basicunderstandingofthemicrobialworld.
2.提升學生對微生物各成員的構造、分類及特性的基本知識Enhancestudents'basicknowledgeofthestructure,classification,andcharacteristicsofdifferentmicrobialmembers.
3.讓學生暸解微生物與人類之間愛恨情仇的關係，並作為前導基礎課程引發他們對微生物的探索興趣Helpstudentsunderstandthecomplexrelationshipbetweenmicrobesandhumans,andusethisasafoundationalcoursetosparktheirinterestinexploringtheworldofmicrobes
